Anxiety

I have recently completed counselling sessions with Dr John Plowman following a car accident. I had been suffering from driving anxiety and sleep lost after the other vehicle lost control and drove into mine writing it off. I found the sessions to be extremely beneficial.

Sexual Anxiety

I came to you for the problem of sexual anxiety as the sexual relationship with my wife wasn’t really as we wanted. Now we agree that we are having the best intimacy of our lives both in and out of bed. We are both closer and happier.

General

Dr Plowman was the first hypno/psychotherapist that I had met. I immediately felt comfortable with him. He opened up my life and given me confidence to do the things i never would have imagined possible.

Past Life Regression

Dr Plowman first let me say we did meet before when I had a number of
excellent past life regressions at your Penhow practice. The first of
these I was sure that you would be unable to hypnotise me but was keen
to know the root of all my ailments and hence a cure.

I should also mention that I am not a visual internal, but more have
feelings about things (kinetic), so was stunned when each time received
clear images and sounds of what could only be past lives

In fact, at the close of our involvement my knowledge of two historical
figures (one very obscure) I knew the real cause of ‘Dread Pirate
Roberts’ death and history books misinformation. As well as the post
death images of a gentleman who took part in the ‘Charge of the Light
Brigade’ but wasn’t supposed to. He went on to India and the Indian
Mutinee at Sepoy.

Exam Help

After your help, my confidence increased going into the written examinations for my Medical degree which I passed with honours.

Fear of Flying

I came to you for hypnotherapy to prepare me for flying to Australia. I got on very well with the flights going and coming back. I found I was calm and able to cope as long haul flights can be very challenging.
