I have been practising hypnotherapy and psychotherapy since 1990. I have experience dealing with a wide range of problems such as anxiety, confidence loss, executive stress, insomnia, sleep problems, phobias, panic attacks, public speaking, sport, stress management, smoking, shyness, stage fright, study problems, exam nerves, weight control, and many more.
I have been interviewed on television and radio on the nature of hypnosis in general and PLR in particular. I trained student hypnotherapists in the early 1990’s and during that time organised several training weekends for hypnotherapists, but now concentrate on my private practice work and teaching psychology.I trained internationally with the Advanced Communication Training, Inc. in New York City, USA in Ericksonian Hypnosis Practitioner Training and in Advanced Hypnosis Training from 1993 to 2004. I trained with the National College of Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy in England at Brook Hospital, London and other centres from 1987 to 1991. There are frequent one or two day training courses that I attend to update my skills and knowledge and I am a member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) which is the umbrella organisation for many of the training organisations in the UK.
